How To Get Big Biceps - Workout Tips For Building Big Biceps

In this article we will examine carefully how to get big biceps. We will also show you some workout tips for building big biceps. But before you go off into your building bigger arms dreams, then you MUST follow these simple rules for getting big biceps.

How to build bigger arms: The first step to building big arms is to eat! First of all, you'll never have big arms if you are under weight. No matter how many bicep curls you do daily, your biceps will simply NOT get bigger if you are not feeding your muscles properly. So, first step is to simply eat more because to build overall bigger biceps and more muscle mass, you need to first get stronger and eat a whole lot more than you are doing right now.

First of all you must eat more! Meaning you must eat every three hours at least. This is to keep your metabolism up and running and to keep your energy levels up throughout the day. Can you just imagine what your body would look like if you could get your metabolism levels up and running throughout the day? Ultimately I would say to just eat smaller meals throughout your day. An ideal portion of food is a fist sized amount of food. You can also add a fist sized portion of vegetables to help with digestion.

Drink a gallon of milk daily. And you can even add skimmed milk, because this type of milk has much less calories in it. Since milk is loaded with protein in it, this should be an excellent amount of muscle building proteins inside of it to help build big biceps! And not only is milk rich in calcium, it also makes for much stronger bones.

Get stronger! Now how do you do this? Simple. You can start by upgrading your squats to 2x your body weight. You can also increase your deadlift to 2x your body weight for at least 1 rep.

REST! Your muscles need some dedicated time to grow. Don't ever forget that your muscles need some time to grow.

Now the following workout tips for getting bigger biceps that I will share with you are some of the most 'common sense' type of tips that one can have. Also, they have been scientifically proven to help you or anyone else get bigger biceps! The first step is simple; lift heavier than you normally would!

If you go to a gym, you can see all of the typical gym-goers there each and everyday, day in, day out, lifting regular sets of weights. This is not the right approach if you really want to get big biceps. Why? Because you are not actually forcing the muscle mass to stretch and grow over time as you would if you were lifting heavier weights! In fact, lifting heavier weights at lower repetition is the way to go if you really want to help your body grow bigger biceps.

A typical biceps set would consist of between 10-12 repetitions, but when you lift heavier, all you really need to do is between 2 to 8 repetitions and then you are all set! Some great exercises to perform every other day are the bicep barbell curl, preacher curls and also some chin ups. Chin ups are a great way to help you get bigger biceps since they are working out all the major parts of your biceps in one simple workout!
